I've sweated, stretched, and strategized my way through nearly two decades in the fitness world, sculpting bodies and spirits alike. From helping clients conquer chronic pain to fine-tuning athletes for peak performance, I've come full circle with my wellness industry expertise.

Now, with nearly two decades of entrepreneurship fueling my fire, I'm ready to serve our community within a new role: real estate agent. I’ve always had a head full of hustle and an eye on the local luxury real estate market, which has bred a new passion to help first-time homebuyers find their dream property — their well-deserved home. From the Pilates studio to the property market, I move mountains for prospective property owners and their real estate goals.   

I opened Emerald City Pilates in 2010, a boutique studio offering personalized Pilates sessions based on personalized client wellness goals. I’ve been crowned the Best of Western Washington by King 5 Evening News, and have been fortunate to earn numerous local awards — focusing passionately on serving those in this community and collaborating to enhance our small business footprint for the betterment of Bellevue and all who live, work, and play here. I manage all business functions including marketing, operations and finance, with a tiny but talented team of instructors by my side. 

I also proudly represented Team USA at the ITU Triathlon World Championships in 2005, proving that I'm not afraid to dive into the deep end and come out victorious. My dedication to fulfilling each client’s unique home ownership vision can be wholeheartedly attributed to the combination of endeavors I’ve embarked upon throughout my colorful career — and I could not be more grateful for the direction Windmere has taken me today.
